Do we need to buy anything?
No. Teachers use the phone they have. Drivers use their own smartphone. The office uses any computer. Live tracking works from the driver's phone, so there is no GPS box to buy, though we can connect one you already have.
Can we keep the phone number teachers already know?
Yes. Your school gets a new local number for the system, and you forward the old number to it. Nobody has to learn a new number.
How long does it take to set up?
A few days. Send us your teachers and routes in any form, a spreadsheet is ideal, and we set up the phone line, the office page and the drivers, then walk the office through it.
What happens when the internet or a phone is down?
The phone line runs in the cloud, not at the school, so it answers regardless. The driver app keeps the last route it loaded. The office page works from any device with a browser.
Who sees our information?
Only your school. Each school has its own page, its own logins and its own number. Drivers see only their own van.
